| 摘 要： | 综述了几种在昆虫学研究中常用的分子标记,包括随机扩增多态性(RAPD)、限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)、扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)、微卫星(SSR)、小卫星(M inisatellites)、DNA测序及单核苷酸多态性(SNP)。对各类分子标记的原理进行了简要的介绍,并对其在应用上的优缺点进行了分析。分别列举了近年来各类分子标记在昆虫学研究中的实例,对其在昆虫学中的应用作了进一步的阐明。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes several molecular markers frequently applied in entomological research,including Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD),Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism(RFLP),Microsatellites(SSR),Minisatellites,DNA sequencing and Single Nucleotide Polymorphism(SNP),gives a brief introduction to their principles,and analyses their merits and demerits.Also some examples have been presented and further interpretation has been made on the application. |
