山东省烤烟优质栽培技术开发研究经济效益分析报告

本文根据试验研究和调查统计的有关资料、对山东省烤烟优质栽培开发区的直接经济效益、带动区的间接经济效益、烟厂增值和国家税利增收等3个层次进行了全面系统分析。经过测算,3年开发试验在开发区与带动区共增加净产值4580万元,增加利润2656万元、增加的利润相当于科研投资的82倍,烟厂收入与国家税利也随之大幅度增长,同时还运用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数模型对影响烤烟生产效益的各项因素(包括劳动用工、种子、肥料、农药、初制加工和间接生产费等)进行了多元回归分析和边际分析,以寻求在投入—产出过程中进一步提高经济效益的途径,在此基础上有针对性地提出了若干项进一步提高烤烟生产经济效益的建议。

REPORT ON ECONOMIC BENEFIT OF DEVELOPING CULTIVATION TECHNIQUES OF HIGH QUALITY FLUE-CURED TOBACCO IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

Based on the results of experiments and investigations, the direct and indirect benefit inthe experimental area and the area influened, the increased income of cigarette-makingfactories and the tax paid to the government were analysed. The results showed that thetotal increase of net output value was 45.8 million yuan and the profit increased 26.56 mil-lion yuan, which was 82 times as much as invested in the project in three years of experi-ments. The income of cigarette-making factories and the tax paid to the government in-creased greatly as well. Multiple regression and marginal analyses of six most importantfactors including labor, seed, fertilizer, pesticide, primary processing and indirect produc-tion cost were conducted, using Cobb-Douglas Production Function Model. Some sug-gestions on further increase of economic benefit are presented.
