| 摘 要： | 利用遥感（ＲＳ）与地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）和一门新兴的系统科学－－－物元分析法，以武汉市狮子山地区为样区对农用土地综合评价进行了研究。研究结果表明，狮子山地区的土地质量中等偏上，符合当地的实际情况。该研究对于解决以往土地评价中存在的一些问题，如权重的不确定、人为因素影响过多等提供了一些新的思路与方法。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the synthetic evaluation of agricultural lands based on remote sensing (RS), geographic information system (GIS) and material unit analysis which is one of the new and developing science .The research area is Shizi shan region in Wuhan city. Results of evaluation indicates the land quality in Shizi shan region is medium and high side. It is in accord with the fact. This study provides some new thinking and methods and avoids weight being undefined and effect of artificial factor in traditional evaluation. |
