摘    要:提取7种不同来源的猴头菌(Hericium erinaceus)子实体粗多糖,对其理化性质和体外免疫活性进行分析.结果表明:不同产地的猴头菌子实体粗多糖含量和得率差异较大,以来源于黑龙江省牡丹江市海林县(H1)、林口县(H3)的子实体粗多糖含量、得率较高;各粗多糖提取物分子量分布相似,单糖组成均以葡萄糖为主,并含有岩藻糖和半乳糖;7种子实体粗多糖提取物均能增强小鼠巨噬细胞株RAW264.7生成NO的量,以500 μg/mL H3提取物活性最高、H1次之.

Abstract:Crude polysaccharide preparations were prepared by hot(100 ℃) water extraction and ethanol precipitation from Hericium erinaceus fruit bodies artificially cultivated at seven different facilities located in Fujian,Zhejiang and Heilongjiang Provinces of China.Highest yields of crude extract containing the highest amounts of polysaccharide were obtained from fruit body samples(H1 and H3) grown in Heilongjiang.HPLC analysis revealed that crude polysaccharide material extracted from the seven fruit body samples had similar molecular weight distributions,and all contained relatively high amounts of glucose together with smaller quantities of fucose and galactose.All the test samples exhibited immunomodulatory activity,assessed on the basis of nitric oxide production by RAW 264.7 macrophages,with highest NO levels recorded when the cells were exposed to 500 μg/mL of material extracted from H3 and H1 fruit bodies.
