摘    要:对桉属(Eucalyptus)的11个种和3个元性系的ITS序列进行了比对分析,桉属的不同种以及3个无性系的ITS长度范围为633~678 bp.分析表明,3个无性系的ITS为假基因,其ITS序列长度比近缘种长38~45 bp.因此,通过ITS引物扩增和测序可以将无性系与其它种类、品种或类型区分.系统发育分析表明,柠檬...

Abstract:Sequences of the internal transcribed spacer(ITS) region of the nuclear ribosomal DNA were obtained from 11 species of Eucalyptus and 3 clones,ranging from 633 bp to 678 bp in size.ITS analysis indicated that the non-functional pseudogenes were identified in 3 clones.Compared with other species,the amplified fragments of 3 clones were 38~45 bp longer than those of 11 Eucalyptus species.Therefore,we could differentiate the clones from other species in Eucalyptus by amplifying and sequencing of ITS primers.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that E.pellita,E.urophylla and E.citriodora in genetic relationship were near,and E.grandis was related to E.exserta.These related species in Eucalyptus could be used as parental combinations of hybridization in order to combine desirable characteristics from different Eucalyptus species.
