| 摘 要： | 针对目前低价林领域概念比较混乱、不规范、不统一的现状，从森林经营目标的角度定义了低价水土保持林，提出并建立了辽宁西部低价水土保持林生态效益综合因子的评价方法，并据此把辽宁西部水土保持林分为低效、中效、高效4个等级，提出了油松低价水土保持林的早期诊断思路与途径，建立了油松低价水土保持林生态因子的早期诊断技术。 |

| Abstract: | In the paper, low-value forest was defined as a forest stand without getting the main management aim. Classification system of low-value forest was made referring to classification of forest type in China. For soil and water conservation forest in Western Liaoning Province, evaluating method of synthesis indices of ecological benefit was put forward and established. These grade types of soil and water conservation forest (low-benefit, middle benefit, high benefit) was divided according to this method. Thought and approach of early diagnosis of low-value forest were brought forward, and techniques of early diagnosis of low-value forest was primarily established. |
