摘    要:用低pH值水培并改善容器通气条件,能有效地抑杀细菌,延长材料的快繁寿命。其增殖系数和可生根率与常规固体培养相当。基本解决了组培中绿巨人遭细菌严重污染后仍能带菌生产和组培苗的锈化问题。

Abstract:Under the low value of pH and the improved ventilation condition of containers,the bacterium can be inhibited or killed effectively.The explants' life-span will be extended,and they have the same propagation rate as in the normal solid culture medium.The problem that the Spathiphyllum sen sa tion explants can be polluted by bacterium and rust has been solved.
