摘    要:柑桔木虱(Diaphorina citri Kuwayam.)是传播柑桔毁灭性病害-柑桔黄龙病(hunglongbing,HLB)的媒介昆虫,为探明田间柑桔木虱种群发生与扩散规律。利用柑桔木虱分布北沿地区冬天低温致死、春天升温扩散条件,2010-2011年调查了广东省乐昌地区柑桔木虱的种群动态和田间扩散情况。结果表明:有少量柑桔木虱成虫在乐昌中南部越冬,3月底开始产卵,6-10月种群数量迅速增长,至10月中旬柑桔木虱成虫密度达最高峰;5月初首次监测到柑桔木虱种群向北扩散,扩散距离为5 km,至6月中旬再向北扩散,扩散距离2.5 km,但扩散的成虫数量不多。相关性分析表明,田间柑桔木虱种群密度与田间温度,嫩梢数量成极显著的正相关,而与的相对湿度无显著相关;田间柑桔木虱的扩散与日平均温度、日最大温度、日最小温度成极显著正相关,而与日相对湿度、日平均风速无显著相关。

Abstract:The Asian citrus psyllid, Diaphorina cirri Kuwayama. (Hemiptera: Psyllidae), was an important medium pest spreading the devastating citrus disease knew as huanglongbing (HLB). In order to know its filed occurrence and dispersal, its filed population dynamics and dispersal was monitored by the condition that the insect could not survive in the north in winter and spread in spring in Lechang of Guangdong Province from 2010 to 2011. The results showed that: there was a small amount of the adult population in the central and south of Lechang in winter. It started laying eggs in late-March, and then its population developing fast from June to October. The adult populations reached the peak in mid-November. A few adults were firstly monitored dispersal to north for 5 km in early May, and then dispersal to north again for 2.5 km in mid-June, but the number of dispersal adults was not too much. Correlation analysis showed that its population density was significantly positive correlation with filed air temperature and flush shoots but no correlation with the relative humidity. Its field dispersal was significantly positive correlation with filed daily air temperature, daily maximum temperature and daily minimum temperature, but no correlation with daily relative humidity or daily wind.
