蔬菜价格比较分析-以大白菜、黄瓜、西红柿、豆角和土豆为例

2010年，一系列“蒜你狠”、“豆你玩”、“姜你军”的接力上涨所产生的示范效应引起了更大范围的菜价持续性上涨，使得居民手中的“菜篮子”沉重起来，针对这一问题，本文对2004-2011年蔬菜（以大白菜、黄瓜、西红柿、豆角和土豆为例）生产者出售价格、批发价格、零售价格以及批发价格与居民消费相关数据（可支配收入、消费性支出、鲜菜购买量）进行比较分析，研究结果表明：五种蔬菜平均价格（出售价格、批发价格和零售价格）普遍上涨；2004-2011年五种蔬菜的平均价格水平变化幅度存在一定的差异；2004年以来尤其是2009年以来我国蔬菜价格过高、过快上涨影响到了城镇居民特别是低收入水平家庭（最低收入户、困难户、低收入户）的消费。
