2001-2010年我国食源性疾病暴发情况分析

摘    要:对2001-2010年我国食源性疾病暴发监测与报告系统中资料进行统计分析后发现,食源性疾病暴发共5021 起,发病140101人,死亡1427人,死亡率10.19‰。查明致病因素的事件共4243起,占总数的84.51%;微生物性暴发事件起数和发病人数最多,分别占总数的40.93%和56.39%;发病高峰期在每年的6-9月,暴发起数占全年的57.40%,发病人数占全年的57.88%,死亡人数占全年的52.35%。这些统计数据提示,我们应尽可能提高食源性疾病暴发监测与报告系统的效率和质量,开展针对性防控,降低食源性疾病的负担。

Abstract:Data of 2001 to 2010 collected by food borne disease outbreaks surveillance and reporting system (FDOSR) of China was analyzed. Total 5021 food borne disease outbreaks were reported, resulting 140101 cases and 1427 deaths, fatality rate 1.019‰. 4243 incidents (84.51%) were ascertained of pathogens, with microorganisms of most incidents (40.93%) and cases (56.39%). The peak of Food borne Disease Outbreaks in June to September, incidents accounted for 57.40% , cases accounted for 57.88% , deaths accounted for 52.35%. Efficiency and quality of FDOSR for correct prevention should be improved to reduce the burden of food borne disease.
