| 摘 要： | 《植物组织培养》是生物、园林、园艺专业重要的专业课程之一，具有知识点多、操作要求高、应用性强等特点，课程的教与学一直存有一定困难，为此结合Blackboard网络教学平台建设实际，创建《植物组织培养》网络课程，实现《植物组织培养》课程教与学的网络化、交互化、实时化。主要从《植物组织培养》网络课程整体、界面、交流平台和在线测试等4个方面介绍了课程网络教学平台的创建过程，并对基于网络教学平台进行的教学改革和实践效果等方面进行了分析和评价。

| Abstract: | Plant Tissue Culture is an important professional course for biological,garden and gardening major,with a lot of knowledge points and demanding high operation skill which make the course difficult.The online course of Plant Tissue Culture was created to make the course real-time interactive based on the Blackboard system.This article introduced the creation of the online course of Plant Tissue Culture from the following aspects：the survey,the interface,the intercommunion platform and the online test.In addition,this article analyzed and appraised the education reform based on online teaching system. |
