青海高原彩色马铃薯选育试验初报

为了改善马铃薯种植结构，丰富市场，满足人民群众多种需求，开展了特色马铃薯新品种培育研究。采用‘青薯168’（红皮黄肉）和‘黑美人’（紫皮紫肉）2种特色马铃薯做亲本，通过有性杂交，创造出具有农艺性状突出，生长势好、抗病性强的一批彩色马铃薯新类型。彩色薯有红皮红肉、红皮白肉、红皮紫肉、紫皮紫肉、紫皮黄肉等多种类型。经过综合筛选，从中选择了ml-08-1-53等11个品系进行产量对比试验。通过试验，彩色薯中比第一对照‘青薯2号’增产的品系有7个，增产32.3%~64.7%；比第二对照‘黑美人’增产的品系有7个，增产153.9%~216.1%。

Preliminary Report of Color Potato Breeding Experiment in Qinghai Plateau

In order to improve the structure of potato, enrich the market and satisfy the people’s needs, we used the‘Qingshu168’（red skin and yellow sarcocarp） and‘Heimeiren’（purple skin and purple sarcocarp） as parentstrain, and created a batch of new potato varieties with excellent characters prominent, vigorous growth, heat tolerance and high production through sexual hybridization. The types of the color potatoes were red skin red sarcocarp type, red skin white satcocarp type, red skin purple sarcocarp type, purple skin purple sarcocarp type, purple skin yellow sarcocarp type, etc. After screening, we chose 11 varieties among these types, such as ml08-1-53, and made the contrast experimental research. The results showed that, there were 7 varieties had 32.3%-64.7% increase in yield, comparing with the first reference object‘Qingshu Ⅱ’. And there were 7 varieties, had 153.9%-216.1% increase in yield, comparing with the second reference object ‘Heimeiren’.
