摘    要:按照农牧交错区草地资源可持续利用评价原则对初级指标群进行评分,用AHP法建立比较判断矩阵,通过数学运算计算出各层指标与目标层指标相对优劣的排序权值,运用模糊数学的隶属度函数,计算出最终评定结果,以此对农牧交错地区不同地域草地资源可持续利用状况进行综合评判,同时评价农牧交错区经济社会发展模式在多大程度上反映科学发展观的要求。

Abstract:Groups of primary indexes were evaluated based on sustainable grassland utilization evaluating principles. Comparitive judgment matrix was established using AHP method and relative order of goodness for indexes in different levels and in the target level were calculated. Comprehensive assessment of the grassland sustainable utilization status in the cropping-pastoral interlacing regions were made according to the evaluation results which were produced based on the subjection degree of fuzzy mathematics functions. Fitness of the development model to the scientific development attitude were also assessed for the cropping-pastoral interlacing regions.
