| 摘 要： | 阐述了主要组织相容性复合体(Major Histocompatibility Complex,MHC)的命名原则、结构特点及特殊的遗传特征,对其在动物遗传育种中的研究进展进行了综述.MHC在分析动物进化历史和种群动态中具有作用,MHC能够反映动物遗传的多样性,MHC与动物生产性状、动物抗病性具有相关性.并对MHC在动物遗传育种中的应用前景进行了展望.

| Abstract: | Nomenclature,characteristics of molecular structure,function,and special inheritance characteristics of Major Histocompatibility Complex(MHC) are introduced.The progress in animal inheritance and breeding is also summarized from different aspects such as analysis of animal evolution and genetic differentiation,reflection of inheritance diversity,relation to animal production performance and diseases resistance.The future application prospection in animal inheritance and breeding is mentioned in this paper. |
