响应面法优化血红铆钉菇子实体多糖提取工艺

摘    要:以蒸馏水为浸提液,采用单因素试验和响应面法相结合的方式,研究了提取温度、提取时间、液料比对血红铆钉菇子(Gomphidius rutilus)实体多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,这3个因素对多糖提取率的影响依次是提取温度﹥提取时间﹥液料比。采用响应面法对提取工艺进行优化,获得血红铆钉菇子实体多糖的最佳提取工艺是提取温度97℃,液料比50∶1(V∶m,m L∶g),提取时间2.3 h。在此条件下,血红铆钉菇子实体多糖的理论提取率为14.51%,与实测值(14.42%)的吻合度良好。

Extraction Optimization of Polysaccharides from Fruiting Bodies of Chroogomphis Rutilus by Response Surface Methodology
Abstract:With the water as the extraction solvent,the effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, and ratio of water to raw material on the yield of polysaccharides from Chroogomphis rutilus were investigated by the single factor experiments and response surface methodology (RSM). The results showed that the effect of three factors on the yield of polysaccharides was successively extraction temperature﹥extraction time﹥ratio of water to raw material. The optimum extraction conditions by RSM were the extraction temperature 97℃,the ratio of water to raw material 50:1 (V:m,mL:g) and the extraction time 2.3 h. The yield of polysaccharides under the optimum conditions was 14.51℅ theoretically, the result anastomosed preferably to measure value(14.42℅).
