| 摘 要： | 为了分析广西普通油茶(Camellia oleifera Abel.)种质资源叶绿素含量指数的变异情况,对广西具有代表性的普通油茶种质资源叶绿素含量指数进行了测定。结果表明,广西普通油茶种质资源叶绿素含量指数平均值为96.94,变异范围为13.00~412.90,极差为399.90,变异系数为33.83%;种质资源间叶绿素含量指数存在极显著差异,重复间差异不显著;聚类分析将叶绿素含量指数相近的聚成类,然而种质资源间叶绿素含量指数没有明显的地理区系特征。

Variation Analyses on Chlorophyll Content Index of Camellia oleifera Abel. in Guangxi |

| Abstract: | In order to analyse the varation of chlorophyll content index of Camellia oleifera Abel. in Guangxi, the chlorophyll content index of representive C. oleifera Abel. germplasm resources in Guangxi was measured. The results indicated that the variation of chlorophyll content index ranged from 13.00 to 412.90,with average, range and coefficient of varation of 96.94, 399.90 and 33.83℅,respectively. The difference of chlorophyll content index among germplasm resources was extremely significant,however did not exist between replications. Cluster analysis could not obviously correspond with their geographic characteristics. |
