生物学效率评价平菇产量时的误差分析

摘    要:为了分析以生物学效率评价平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)栽培配方产量时出现的误差,以转化率评价产量为对照,开展了用生物学效率评价产量的栽培配方试验。结果表明,分别用生物学效率与转化率评价产量时,配方产量排名存在明显差异,产生的原因主要是由不同配方的菇体含水量不同造成的,±1%的菇体含水量差异,将导致生物学效率近±10%的差异。在进行平菇栽培配方试验时,仅用生物学效率来评价配方产量缺乏一定的准确性和科学性。

The Error Analyses on Evaluating Yield of Oyster Mushroom Using Biological Efficiency
Abstract:In order to analyze the errors from biological efficiency evaluating yield of oyster mushroom, taking the converted efficiency evaluating yield of oyster mushroom as control, the cultivation formulas experiment of the biological efficiency eval-uating yield of oyster mushroom was carried out. The results showed that the difference of yield orders between biological ef-ficiency and converted efficiency was significant, which caused by different fruiting body moisture, a plus or minus 1 percent difference of moisture contents could lead to a plus or minus 10 percent difference of biological efficiency. So that only using biological efficiency to evaluate the yield for study on substrate formulas was lacking veracity and scientificity.
