摘    要:通过采用2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》中"三颗针"中的盐酸小檗碱含量测定方法,对青海省大通县3种小檗属(Berberis L.)植物不同时期、不同部位小檗碱的含量进行测定。结果显示,各部位中根部的含量最高;各季节中,10月份的含量最高;3个种内,直穗小檗(B.dasystachya Maxim.)的含量高于其他2个种。试验结果可为综合开发青海省小檗属植物资源、扩大小檗碱的药材来源和药用部位、合理利用野生药用植物提供科学依据。

Dynamic Changes of Berberine Content in Three Berberis Species in Datong County
Abstract:Using the determination method of berberine content in sankezhen according to “Pharmacopoeia of People′s Repub-lic of China”, the berberine content in different organs of three Berberis species in Datong county of Qinghai province during different periods was tested. Result shows that the berberine content is the highest in root among different organs, and is the highest in October among different period. The berberine content in B. dasystachya Maxim. is higher than in the other two species. This research could provide scientific basis for comprehensive development and reasonable utilization of Berberis re-sources in Qinghai, as well as for the expansion of medicinal plants resources and medicinal parts.
