Cl2对植物叶片结构伤害的解剖学研究

摘    要:对生长在甘肃省金昌地区7种植物进行Cl2生态模拟熏气实验,利用光学显微镜对熏气前后植物叶片的显微结构进行解剖学比较观察研究。结果表明植物受Cl2伤害后,海绵组织和栅栏组织失水收缩,变薄,导致叶片总厚度减小。叶片横切面从外向内为表皮细胞,栅栏组织,海绵组织,贮水组织,下表皮细胞等,这些结构受伤害后,收缩,膨胀各异,表现出不同的抗性。叶肉敏感,表皮细胞居中,维管束抗性最强。

Abstract:The leaf anatomy and microstructure of seven diverse plants collected from Jinchang, Gansu were studied and compared under LM by simulated Cl_2-fumigant experiment. The results showed that harmed leaf plasiade and spongy parenchyma lost moisture and shrunk, which made leaf blades thin. The order of transverse section from outside to inside is cuticular cell, plasiade and spongy parenchyma, water cell and under-cutis cell. For them, shrinkage or dilatancy were found and fibrovascular bundle is the highest resistant tissue, with cuticular cell next, and diachyma cell lowest.
