摘    要:复合调味料在生产中,因粉碎车间布局不合理,常出现原料在粉碎过程中,产生粉料串味、吸潮结块、原料损失严重、卫生指标难以控制、车间内粉尘飞扬及工人操作劳动强度大等问题。针对这些问题,在原布局基础上,对生产车间和粉碎系统进行了改造设计,使之满足复合调味料粉碎加工工艺及产品质量要求,减轻劳动强度,提高经济效益。

Abstract:Because layout of crushing shop was not reasonable,many problems appeared in process of crushing in some compound seasoning process,like powder taint of odor,moisture absorption caking chemicals,serious raw material damage, health indicators uncontrollability,dust in workshop,workers labor-intensive operations,and so on.For solving these problems,manufacturing shop and crushing system had been modified designs on the basis of original layout.It would meet the complex seasonings crushing process and product quality requirements,reduce labor intensity and improve economic efficiency.
