| 摘 要： | 通过对钣金件折弯加工过程的分析,总结了折弯件展开尺寸计算方法、折弯力计算方法、折弯机刀具和下模的选用、典型折弯件折弯工艺分析、常见折弯问题及解决办法等工艺问题,为更好地实现钣金件折弯成形提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the metal sheet bending process, bending parts dimension calculation method, bending strength calculation method, bending machine tool and selection of lower die, typical bending parts bending process analysis, common troubles and solutions in bending are summarized, reference is provided for a better implementation of sheet metal bending forming. |
