桑蚕幼虫中肠对亮氨酸和尿嘧啶的吸收

摘    要:应用示踪法和体外培养技术,研究了桑蚕幼虫中肠各部位对亮氨酸和尿嘧啶吸收作用的差异。在体外培养中,中肠各部位对亮氨酸的吸收作用以中肠中部最强,对尿嘧啶的吸收作用以中肠后部最强,同时培养液的pH对中肠吸收尿嘧啶有一定的影响。

Abstract:The differences between the absorption of leucine and uracil by various parts of mid-gut of silkworm larva were studied, using trace method and culture in vitro technique. During in vitro . culture, the mid-part of mid gut for leucine absorption and the latterpart of mid-gut for uracil was the strongest, respectively, among all parts of mid-gut. The pH value of culture medium had some effect on the absorption of mid-gut for uracil.
