提高水稻花药培养效率分析

摘    要:提高水稻花药培养效率,一直是科技工作者进行研究的主题。采用低温处理、2,4-D浸茎节(或热处理)、人工加倍、培育壮苗的操作方法,使绿苗生产率由3%~5%提高到8%~14%。提高绿苗生产率1~2倍。以结实苗数统计花药培养效率由0.5%提高到4%~6%,是未采用此技术的8~10倍。

Abstract:To advance culture efficiency of rice anther is always a subject that the personnels of science and technology have been researching all the time. Green seedling productivity is advanced from 3%~5% to 8%~14% by using of the operating means of treatment at low temperature, diping plant stem node into 2,4-D solution(or hot treatment), artificial doubling and cultivating healthy seedlings, and thus green seedling productivity is advanced 1~2 times. Culture efficiency of anther which is totalized with seedling number of filled seeds is advanced from 0.5% to 4%~6%, and it is 8~10 times higher than before.
