基于增粘抗温的魔芋粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚改性研究

摘    要:目的]合成性能优良的油井压裂胶凝剂。方法]以高锰酸钾-硫脲为引发剂对魔芋粉与丙烯酰胺进行接枝共聚反应,研究引发剂量、接枝单体浓度、氢离子浓度、反应温度及时间对接枝率的影响,确定魔芋粉接枝丙烯酰胺的最佳反应条件。结果]改性后产品的粘度增大,交联时间缩短,抗温性增强。以高锰酸钾-硫脲为引发剂引发魔芋粉接枝丙烯酰胺的最佳条件为:10.0 g魔芋粉溶于50 ml60%乙醇水溶液中,40℃溶胀30 min,硫脲、高锰酸钾物质的量比0.5∶1.0,硫脲浓度5 mmol/L,丙烯酰胺浓度1.41 mol/L,H+浓度0.02mol/L,60℃反应3 h,该条件下接枝率达93.68%,最大粘度为351.58 mPa.s。结论]该研究为石油开采业中胶凝剂的改进提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to synthesize the fracturing gelling agent of oil well with good performance.Method] With potassium permanganate-thiourea as initiator,graft copolymerization reaction was made on konjac flour and acrylamide to study the effects of such factors as initiator dose,graft monomer concn.,the concn.of hydrogen ion,reaction temperature and time on the graft ratio.The optimum reaction conditions for grafting konjac flour and acrylamide were confirmed.Result] The viscidity of the modified product was increased,the crosslinking time was shortened and the temperature-resistance was strengthened.With potassium permanganate-thiourea as initiator,the optimum conditions of grafting konjac flour and acrylamide were as follows: dissolving 10.0 g konjac flour in 50 ml 60% ethanol water solution,swelling for 30 min at 40 ℃,the molar ratio of potassium permanganate-thiourea was 0.5∶1.0,the concn.of thiourea was 5 mmol/L,acrylamide concn.of 1.41 mol/L,H+ concn.of 0.02 mol/L,reacting for 3 h at 60 ℃.Under these conditions,the graft rate reached 93.68% and the optimum viscidity was 351.58 mPa·s.Conclusion] This research provided basis for the improvement of gelling agent in oil exploitation industry.
