中国林蛙雌性繁育技术研究进展与应用

摘    要:目的]为中国林蛙的人工养殖寻找切实可行的性别控制技术。方法]分别利用药物、温度、离子控制技术对中国林蛙进行性剐诱导,进而选出适用于人工养殖中国林蛙的性剐诱导技术。结果]100μg/L雌二醇诱导的57只蝌蚪全部分化为雌性;500μg/L雌二醇诱导的32只蝌蚪中,有23只分化为中间性别,9只分化为完全雄性;1000μg/L雌二醇诱导的25只蝌蚪中,有21只分化为完全雄性,4只分化为中间性别。当离子含量为1500mg/L时,个体平均体长和体重增加最多,雌蛙的分化比例由46.7%提高到了82.4%。当离子含量高于或低于1500mg/L时,个体平均体长和体重增加值降低。蛙池水温,在5月上旬不超过12℃,在5月中旬不超过15℃。在6月上旬不超过18℃,在6月中旬不超过20℃。结论]该研究为中国林蛙的人工养殖提供了技术支持。

Abstract:Objective]The purpose of the research was to find a feasible sex control technology for culturing Rana chensinensis artificially. Method]The control technologies with drug, temperature and ions were used in the sex induction of R. chensinensis and the sex induction technology suitable for culturing R. chensinensis artificially was selected out. Result]All the 57 tadpoles induced by 100 μg/L estrogen differentiated to be female. Among the 32 tadpoles induced by 500 μg/L estrogen, there were 23 tadpoles differentiated to be intermediate gender and 9 tadpoles differentiated to be holandry. Among the 25 tadpoles induced by 1 000 μg/L estrogen, there were 21 tadpoles differentiated to be holandry and 4 tadpoles differentiated to be intermediate gender. When the ion content was l 500 mg/L, the individual average body length and body weight were increased most and the differentiation proportion of female frogs was enhanced from 46.7% to 82.4%. When the ion content was higher or lower than 1 500 mg/L, the increments of individual average body length and body weight were decreased. The water temperature in hiruike could not exceed 12 ℃ in early May, could not exceed 15 ℃ in middle May, could not exceed 18 ℃ in early Jun. and could not exceed 20 ℃ in middle Jun. Conclusion]The research provided technical support for culturing R. chensinensis artificially.
