| 摘 要： | 采用培养皿发芽法研究了NaCl胁迫处理对小麦近缘属种子萌发的影响。结果表明:低浓度NaCl胁迫对近缘属小麦种子萌发的影响较小,只有在高浓度NaCl胁迫下,才对种子萌发起抑制作用。不同浓度的NaCl胁迫对近缘属小麦发芽的影响有显著差异。3个小麦近缘属种中,黑麦耐盐性相对最好,小黑麦次之,硬粒小麦耐盐性相对较差。

| Abstract: | The effects of NaCl stress on seed germination of common wheat relatives were studied in culture dishes.The results showed that the effect of salt stress on seed germination of wheat relatives was little in low NaCl concentration,but was obvious in higher concentration,implying that the effect of NaCl concentration was significant.With regard to the salt tolerance,rye is the best,triticale the next,and durum the worst. |
