摘    要: 蚕豆幼苗在光照条件下所吸收的磷素营养明显大于黑暗条件,并随时间延长差异增大。磷素在蚕豆植株中的分配为根>茎>叶。光照组叶片吸收的32P量占全株的百分数大于黑暗组,并且两组叶片的吸收量差异显着。增供CO2的植株吸收的32P 较缺CO2的多,在叶、茎上的分配量也大于缺CO2 的植株。

Abstract:Broad Beans seedling assimilating phosphate amount at sun light was bigger than dark condition,and the difference increased as time progressed.The distribution of phosphate in broad beans was root>steam>leaf.The percentage of leaves of sun-light group assimilating 32 P at the total part not only was bigger than dark group,but the assimilating amount was significantly difference.The plants of increasing CO 2 group that assimilated 32 P were bigger than no CO 2 group,the distributing quantity on leaf and stem were larger than no CO 2 group too.
