| 摘 要： | ［目的］建立卡尔费休法快速分析烟用香精中水分。［方法］经自动预滴定和卡式试剂的标定后，采用卡氏试剂对4种烟用香精中的水分含量进行滴定，并滴定环境中的水分以消除背景干扰。同时根据加标前的测定量、加标量和加标后的测定量计算回收率。对烟用香精进行6次平行测定，并根据测定结果计算相对标准偏差。［结果］卡尔费休法对烟用香精中水分分析结果理想，相对标准偏差在1.65%～2.54%，回收率为93.46%～106.15%。采用该法对4种烟用香精水分进行测定表明，不同香精的水分含量有明显差别，水分含量在1.49%～5.74%，结果满意。［结论］用卡尔费休法分析烟用香精中的水分具有灵敏、准确性高、重复性好的特点，为烟用香精中的水分测定提供一种参考。
