摘    要:研究了多菌灵在梨果皮、果肉的分布及其在梨贮藏中的残留动态。采用高效液相色谱分析多菌灵,得出多菌灵的添加回收率为89.8%-106.9%,相对标准偏差为0.663%-1.520%。在梨贮藏时,梨果皮、果肉中多菌灵浓度随时间延长先增加后减少,果皮中多菌灵含量大于果肉3-10倍,建议在贮藏温度为25℃时,5 d以后再食用。

Abstract:The distribution and decomposition of pesticide Carbendazim in the pericarp and pulp of pear during storage were studied.Residues of Carbendazim in pear were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.The recovery of Carbendazim was from 89.8% to 106.9%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was between 0.663% and 1.520%.During pear storage,the concentration of Carbendazim in the pericarp and pulp increased at first and then reduced along with the time.The concentration of Carbendazim in pear pericarp was 3~10 times of that in pear pulp.The suggestion was that pear could be eaten after 5 days'storage at 25 ℃.
