摘    要:研究了5 种杀菌剂对灵芝菌丝及绿色木霉生长的影响。结果表明, 不同种类杀菌剂和同一杀菌剂不同使用浓度对菌丝生长的影响存在着显著差异。其中可杀得在使用质量浓度为0.538 ~ 0.359 gL-1时, 既能抑制绿色木霉的生长, 又对灵芝菌丝的生长发育无不良影响,可望在灵芝栽培中应用。表4 参9

Abstract:The effects of five fungicides on the hypha growth of Ganoderma lucidum and the growth of Trichderma viride were studied .The results showed that the different kinds and treatment concentrations of fungicides on the hypha growth of Ganoderma lucidum and the growth of Trichderma viride had significant difference .It was proved that cupper hydroxide at concentration of 0.538 ~ 0.359 g L-1 had almost no inhibitions on the growth ofGanoderma lucidum and had stronger effects on the growth of Trichderma viride .Therefore , cupper hydroxide could be used in Ganoderma lucidum cultivation .
