摘    要:研究了甜瓜枯萎病病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.melonis)孢子不同接种浓度(1×10(5)、1×10(6)、1×10(7)个·mL(-1))和接种苗龄(子叶期、2叶1心期、4叶1心期)对甜瓜枯萎病发生的影响.结果表明,采用1×10(6)个.mL孢子液浓度,在2叶1心期进行接种鉴定效果较好,最...

Abstract:We tested different spore concentration(1×105,1×106,1×107 spore·mL-1)and seedling stage(cotyledon stage,2 true leaf stage and 4 true leaf stage)to develop a seedling test protocol for melon resistance to Fusarium wilt(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.melonis).The best concentration for inoculation is 1×106 spore·mL-1 and the best inoculation time is at 2 true leaf stage.The best time for resistance evaluation is 10 days after inoculation.The optimized protocol was used to 18 melon cultivars for resistance to Fusarium wilt.Cultivars Xinjinxuelian,Changxiangyu,Yugu,Chunhui and Mil had high resistance to melon Fusarium wilt.
