后备蛋鸭色氨酸需要量研究

摘    要:对玉米-豆粕型日粮中不同色氨酸水平对后备蛋鸭营养代谢的影响进行研究,确定后备蛋鸭的色氨酸需要量。12周龄健康的金定蛋鸭180只,随即分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组色氨酸的饲喂水平分别为0.199%、0.22%、0.24%、0.26%、0.30%。采用二次曲线方程处理试验所得数据最终确定后备蛋鸭的色氨酸适宜水平。结果表明,适宜水平的色氨酸能显著提高血清中的白蛋白、总蛋白和碱性磷酸酶的水平(P<0.05),显著降低血清尿素氮、葡萄糖、胆固醇和和甘油三酯的水平(P<0.05),但对血清乳酸脱氢酶无显著影响(P>0.05)。本试验条件下,以营养代谢为评价指标,后备蛋鸭色氨酸需要量为0.256%~0.270%。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to determine appropriate requirement by studying the effects of tryptophan on nutrition metabolism in reserve laying ducks.A total of 180 twelve-week-old Jin-ding ducks were randomly assigned to five dietary treatments with six replicates,and each replicate contained six ducks,which were fed corn-soybean basal diets supplemented with 0.199 %,0.22 %,0.24 %,0.26 % and 0.30 % tryptophan,respectively.Experimental period was six weeks.The results showed as follows:The appropriate adding amount of tryptophan could significantly increase the level of ALB,TP,ALP(P < 0.05) and significantly decrease the level of BLU,TG,TC,GLU(P < 0.05),but not significantly affect the level of LDH(P > 0.05).In conclusion,the appropriate level of tryptophan was 0.256 % ~ 0.270 %,with the nutrition metabolism as evaluation indexes.
