番茄种间杂交不亲和性的研究

摘    要:以栽培种番茄[Lycopersicon esculentum“粤农二号”(E)],野生种秘鲁番茄(L.peruvianum(P)],以及“粤农二号×秘鲁番茄”的F_1(“E×P”F_1)为材料,进行相互间的有性杂交。在“P×E”F_0杂交组合中,E的花粉管与P的花柱部位发生不亲和;“E×P”F_1自交,自身的精卵细胞不亲和;PדE×P”F_1回交,远缘杂种“E×P”F_1的花粉管与P的胚珠不亲和。“E×E”和“P×P”两融交组合,E和P的花粉管在授粉后24小时左右已可看到进入子房,到迭胚珠。

Abstract:The cultivated tomato "Yue Nong No.2" Lycopersicon esculentum Mill(E),wild tomato L.perwiamim(P)and the F: hybrid of "Yue Nong No.2" XL.Peruvianum(ExPF1)were used in the interspecific cross test.In the cross of P x E,the pollen.tube of "Yue Nong No.2" was incompatible with the style of L.peruvianum.There was incompatibility between the male gamete and female gamete in the selfpollinated plants of ExpF1.In the back cross of Px(Ex PF,),the pollen tube of distant hybrid(ExP)Ft was not compatible with the ovule of P.Among selfing plants of ExE or PxP,the pollen tubes of E and P were found in the ovary and reached the ovule about twenty-four hours after pollination.
