基于R语言的吐鲁番驴体尺和体质量相关分析

摘    要:吐鲁番驴是新疆优良地方驴品种,研究其体质量和体尺相关性对加快吐鲁番驴提纯复壮、选育和保种速度有重要意义。测定了吐鲁番地区托克逊县、吐鲁番市和鄯善县不同年龄的62头吐鲁番驴的体尺和体质量,应用R语言分析了吐鲁番驴的体尺和体质量相关性及不同的回归模型。结果表明,年龄(特别是1岁年龄组)对体质量、体高、体长、胸围影响极显著(P<0.01);吐鲁番驴体质量与胸围、体长、体高极显著相关(P<0.001),相关系数依次为0.92、0.82、0.76,对体质量大小起决定作用的是胸围(R2=0.85),其次是体长(R2=0.66)和体高(R2=0.57)。应用R语言分析并确定了吐鲁番驴体质量和体尺的最优回归模型为:Y=0.71 X1+1.54 X2+2.84 X3-447.36。因此,吐鲁番驴在提纯复壮、选育和保种时,可以参考最优回归模型,并以胸围为主同时兼顾体长和体高,可以获得好的效果。

Abstract:Turpan donkey is a good local donkey breed in Xinjiang and studies on the linear relationship between body weight and body size of Turpan donkey can accelerate the speed of its purification,rejuvenation,breeding and conservation.The present study was conducted using a total of 62 Turpan donkeys,collected from three districts including Toksun county,Turpan city and Shanshan county of Turpan region,to analyze the relationship between body size and body weight and study different regression equations in Turpan donkey by R project.The results showed that ages,especial for one-year-old,have great significant effects(P<0.01) on body weight and body measurements except the circumference of cannon bone.Body weight was highly correlated(P<0.001) with heart girth,body length and height at wither,with the correlation coefficient of 0.92,0.82 and 0.76,respectively.The most important of effect on body weight was heart girth(R2=0.85),then was body length(R2=0.66) and height at wither(R2=0.57) in sequence.The best regression model was Y=0.71X1+1.54X2+2.84X3-447.36 when Turpan donke was analyzed using the linear equation and regression equation in R 2.14.2.Conclusively,to gain the better effect,heart girth should be mainly considered and combined the body length and height at wither,meanwhile the optimal regression model should be referenced when people purify,rejuvenate,breed and conserve the Turpan donkey.
