摘    要:强筋品种数量和类型少已经成为河南省强筋小麦生产的主要限制因素。现阶段强筋小麦育种要在突出品质这一目标性状的前提下,兼顾高产、抗病、抗倒和农艺性状的选择,从亲本取材、组合配置、杂种后代的选择等一系列工作环节,始终牢牢抓住品质性状,采取一切可能的直接或间接手段提升蛋白质质量,增加面筋强度。

Abstract:The deficiency of high-gluten-wheat varieties has been the main limiting factor for the production of good quality wheat in Henan province.At present,the breeding of high-gluten-wheat should be on the premise of highlighting the quality character,giving consideration of the high yield,the resistance to disease and lodging,and the agro-characters.It is important to take the quality characters as the principal goal in screening parents,making cross combinations and selecting hybrid-progenies.In brief,all the direct or indirect methods should be applied to improve the protein quality and the gluten-strength in high-gluten wheat breeding.
