| 摘 要： | 对某公司生产的2528K型矿用重型自卸车副车架经常出现裂纹甚至断裂的现象,利用有限元分析方法对该副车架进行了静态分析,分析的结果与实际断裂部位相吻合,印证了对断裂原因的分析判断。在分析结果的基础上提出了副车架设计的改进建议。

Causes Analysis of Secondary Frame Rupture in A Mining Heavy Dump Truck |

| Abstract: | The fracture phenomena of the secondary frame of 2528K mining heavy dump truck produced by one company have frequently occured.The static analysis for the secondary frame is carried out with finite element analysis method.The results of the static analysis accord with rupture site in fact and the initial estimate of rupture cause.The amelioration suggestion of the frame structure is given based on the analysis of the results. |
