| 摘 要： | 该文在试验的基础上通过多种不同结构特征的针阀调节式射流泵在各种工况下的噪音测试结果比较,分析了射流泵的主要噪音源,论述了影响射流泵噪音大小的主要因素,并提出了从结构上改进针阀调节式喷嘴的水力性能和用隔声的方法降低噪音的措施,可供生产实际参考应用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the major noise source and illnstrates the main factors affecting the noise intensity of a pump based on the experiments and results comparison of differient needle valves regulatingpumps in a varying operating conditions.The measures for improving the hydraulic proper- ties of the needle valve regulating nozzle and lowering docon the noise by intervening sound has been developed and can be used in practice. |
