摘    要:目的]提高中性蛋白酶的热稳定性。方法]在中性蛋白酶酶液中添加四氢嘧啶,考察四氢嘧啶对中性蛋白酶热稳定性的影响。结果]四氢嘧啶对经热处理的中性蛋白酶有明显的保护作用。添加浓度3 mmol/L的四氢嘧啶可以使经过50℃处理的中性蛋白酶剩余的相对酶活提高12.7%;添加浓度5 mmol/L的四氢嘧啶可以使经过60℃处理的中性蛋白酶剩余的相对酶活提高51.8%。结论]四氢嘧啶是一种有效的中性蛋白酶热保护剂。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the study was to enhance the themostability of neutral protease. Method] The ectoine was supplemented to the neutral protease solutes to study the effect of ectoine on enhancement of thermostability of neutral protease. Results] It was demonstrated that ectoine could protect neutral protease from thermal inactivation. The neutral protease with 3mmol/L ectoine was incubated at 50 ℃, the residual enzyme activity of neutral protease was increased by 12.7%; the neutral protease with 5mmol/L ectoine was incubated at 60 ℃, the residual enzyme activity of neutral protease was increased by 51.8% Conclusions] Ectoine is an effective neutral protease protective reagent.
