| Abstract: | Water resources management system in Liaoning province has applied the advanced information technology and has upgraded the traditional management tools and decision. It achieve ＂standardization of information technology, automation of information acquisition, network of information transmission, integration of information management, intelligence of business process and electronize of government office＂. The system improves capabilities and standards of water management, and achieves the optimal allocation of water resources, efficient use and science conservation. |
