基于技术经济农机设备更新决策软件的实现

摘    要:针对我国农机设备更新存在的手段严重落后的现状,在劣化数值法、最小年均费用法等机器更新计算方法的基础上,以VisualBasic为开发平台,设计开发了AERCS软件系统。该软件具有较强的数值模拟演算、数据分析、图形显示、数据文件管理、数据库创建、管理及维护处理功能。同时,根据农机设备更新计算方法的特点,开发了实时拟合服务器,使用户能够方便、快速、准确地得到所需要的计算结果。

Abstract:This paper contra posed the severe unenlightened way in renewing of agricultural machinery facility in China., used Visual Basic as platform, designed and emboldened the AERCS software system on the base of some renewing arithmetic such as deterioration numerical value, minimum annual average cost and so on. The software have strong functions in figuration of simulating numerical value, data analyzing, graph displaying, data file management, database establishment, database management and database maintenance. The authors also developed a real time simulating server according to the characteristic of renewing arithmetic, it can give out result conveniently, quickly and accurately.
