基于可靠性强化试验的水工钢闸门安全仿真研究

摘    要:明确结构受载响应的敏感特性及其分布区域,可以有效确保钢闸门安全可靠运行。通过钢闸门强化仿真试验模型,应用ANSYS系统的APDL二次开发技术,提出了结构受载响应高敏感的第一、第二类单元及其分布区域的搜寻方法。工程应用表明,钢闸门结构大部分单元呈现同步受载的特点,并且支臂等局部区域表现出高敏感的受载特性,因此加强结构受载响应高敏感区域的重点监测和维护,可以便捷、实效地实现钢闸的预警决策和安全可靠运行。
