| 摘 要： | 猪细小病毒（PorcineParvoviru，PPV）属于细小病毒科细小病毒属，通常感染初产母猪后会发生流产、不孕、产死胎、畸形胎、木乃伊胎及弱仔等病状。该病广泛存在于世界各地并在大多数猪场流行，中国PPV的感染也很广泛，因此本研究针对VP2基因作为靶序列设计引物，旨在建立一种可快速、灵敏、特异地检测PPV的LAMP检测方法。

| Abstract: | Porcine Parvoviru （PPV） belongs to the genus of parvovirns and the family of parw, virus. It can infecl primiparous sow and usually result Io abollion, infertility, stillbirth, malformation, mummification and weaking piglet and so on. This disease is popular in most pig farms and is widespread around the worht. Meanwhile Chinese PPV infection is also very extensive. We designed primers according Io VP2 gone of PPV, and eslablished a quick, sensilive and specific deleclion melhod of LAMP for PPV. |
