| 摘 要： | 内蒙古中西部地区区域生态环境脆弱,历史上灾害种类繁多、次数频繁,逐渐形成了农牧并行的救灾措施、注重救灾措施的及时变通和宗教人士广泛参与救灾等特点。研究内蒙古中西部地区古代救灾特点,为该区域救灾政策的制定提供历史借鉴,具有很重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The ecological environment of middle-west region of Inner Mongolia is fragile;the disasters happened were various in kind and high in frequency.It gradually formed qualities such as a combination of farming and grazing relief measure,focusing on disaster relief measures flexibly in a timely manner,wide range of religious people involved in disaster relief features and so on.Analyzing and researching ancient relief characteristics of the western region of Inner Mongolia could provide historical reference to draw up the regional disaster relief policies,and have very important practical significance. |
