| 摘 要： | 加强农村环境综合整治,对于全面贯彻落实科学发展观、建设社会主义新农村、推动城乡协调发展都具有十分重要的现实意义。以河北省农村环境保护工作的实际为基础,以国家和河北省的环境保护法律法规为依据,全面系统地梳理了河北省农村环境所面临的主要问题,阐述了河北省农村环境问题的危害,并提出了河北省农村环境综合整治的对策。

| Abstract: | Strengthen the comprehensive improvement of rural environment had a very important practical significance to fully implement the scientific concept of development,build a new socialist countryside,promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Based on the actual work of the rural environmental protection in Hebei Province,according to the laws and regulations of environmental protection in national and Hebei Province,the key problems of environment in rural area of Hebei Province were systematically analyzed,the harmness of that were described,and the proposals on comprehensive administration of environment in rural area of Hebei Province were put forward. |
