基于生态服务价值的德州市土地利用评价

以德州市土地利用动态数据为基础,采用Costanza等和谢高地等确定的生态服务价值评估方法,对不同土地利用类型单位面积生态服务价值进行了校正,对德州市因土地利用变化引起的生态服务价值进行估算。结果表明,1996～2008年,德州市农田、未利用地面积减少,城乡建设、交通用地面积增加;研究期内,因土地利用变化生态服务总价值也不断变化,1996年为114.540×108元,2008年为172.347×108元,净增57.807×108元,生态系统服务总价值年变化率为4.206%;不同生态服务类型价值中气候调节功能最大占22.08%,其次是废物处理功能占16.70%,生物多样性维持功能有增加趋势,年变化率为0.127%;林地面积的增加对生态服务功能的增加贡献较大,城市建设用地和交通用地的增加降低了区域生态服务功能的总价值。根据结果分析了德州市土地利用结构变化的原因,提出了土地利用基本建议。

Assessment of Dezhou City Land Use Based on the Ecosystem Service Value

Based on the land use dynamic data,the unit ecosystem service value of different land use types was adjusted;and the ecosystem service value of Dezhou City was evaluated using the methods of Costanza and Xie Gaodi.The results showed that the areas of farmland and unused land decreased obviously from 1996 to 2008,and the areas of construction land and traffic land increased obviously.Due to the change of land use,the ecosystem service value increased from 114.54×108 RMB(1996) to 172.347×108 RMB(2008),the annual change rate of total ecosystem service value was 4.206%.Among the types of ecosystem service functions,the climate regulation function had the highest value(accounting for 22.08%),followed by waste disposal function(accounting for 16.70%).Further more,the biodiversity maintenance function trended to enhancement,the annual change rate was 0.127%.The increase of forest area contributed greater to the increase of ecosystem service function.The increase of urban construction land and traffic land area decreased the total ecosystem service value.Finally,the reasons of land use change were analyzed and some recommendations on land use of Dezhou City were proposed.
