市售腐竹安全性的初步分析

摘    要:为了解郑州市售腐竹的安全状况,为消费者的安全选购和腐竹的监督管理提供依据,随机抽取郑州市面上26份腐竹样品,测定其二氧化硫和甲醛次硫酸氢钠(吊白块)的含量。结果表明,郑州市售腐竹的二氧化硫超标率为19.2%,吊白块检出率为15.4%。总体上看,超市袋装腐竹较为安全。

Abstract:To understand the safety of commercial dried beancurd stick in Zhengzhou and provide a guide for its consumption and supervision,the contents of sulfur dioxide and sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in 26 samples from markets of Zhengzhou were analyzed.The results showed that the residue amount of sulfur dioxide exceeded 19.2%,and sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate were detected in 15.4% samples.Generally,dried beancurd stick in sealed bag from supermarket was relatively safe.
