摘    要:采用人工气候箱研究了棉花(Gossypium hirsutum L.)种子热激萌动(42℃)2 h、ABA(10-5mol/L)浸种6 h、二叶期用ABA叶面喷施和根部灌施对棉苗抵御高温干旱逆境能力的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,各处理对棉苗生长具有一定的抑制作用,其中对苗高和茎粗的抑制作用较大;但在遭遇高温干旱条件时,各处理苗高增长速度较慢,但生物质量增加速度较快。说明一定程度的逆境锻炼有助于棉苗获得一定抵御逆境的能力。

Abstract:In growth chamber,cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.)seedling responses to Heat-shock(42 ℃,2 h) on germination seeds,ABA(10-5 mol / L) soaking of seeds(6 h),irrigating roots(5 mL / pot) and spraying on leaf(5 mL / pot) at 2-leaf stage were studied under controlled high temperature(35 ℃) and water deficit(drying) conditions.The responses were judged by the growth rate of cotton seedlings.The results showed that under the normal growth condition,comparing to the control,stress pre-treatments inhibited the growth of cotton seedlings,especially inhibited the growth of seedling height and stem diameter.However,during the high-temperature and drought period,stress pre-treatment hindered the increase of seedling height again,but stimulated the growth of biomass.It was suggested that stress pre-treatment would be beneficial for the seedlings to get resistance in a certain degree to later stress.
