| 摘 要： | 针对国道310线豫皖交界至豫鲁交界段改造工程,探讨了设计期、施工期及营运期产生的环境影响,提出应采取相应的措施,并进一步分析、探索、完善公路改扩建的环境保护问题,以期为决策者提供协调环境与发展关系的科学依据。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the renovation project of Shangqiu section of national highway NO.310,the environmental impact of the design period,construction period and operation period were discussed,and the corresponding measures were put forword.The problems of environmental protection in highway reconstruction were analyzed in order to provide decision-makers with scientific basis for coordinating the relationship between environment and development. |
