| Abstract: | From the angle of the current situation and faced issues of the development of novelty searching units,this paper has discussed the necessity of constructing innovative novelty search unit and put forward corresponding innovative measures in the following aspects: novelty search service model,novelty search content,novelty search resource configuration and employment mechanism as well as novelty search quality control systems. |
