草莓组织培养快速繁殖及栽培技术

摘    要:草莓(Fragaria ananassa)茎尖在MS附加BA0.5mg/1的培养基上,能长成无根植株,约2个月长满1瓶。继代培养基用MS+BA0.25mg/1和MS+BA0.5mg/1相互交替使用。继代培养需要15~30天。无根苗移入MS+IAA1.0mg/1培养基中,20~30天便可移栽有根苗。试管苗移入木屑1/3、普土1/3、垃圾土1/3的混合基质中,温度15~24℃,成活率达80~100%。

Abstract:When placed on the MS medium with BA 0.5 mg/1 added apices of Fragaria ananassa Dush developed into the nonrooted seedlings in whole bottle within two months. The MS + BA 0.25 mg/1 and MS+BA 1.0 mg/1 supersede each other as medium of subculture. Subculture needed 15 to 30 days. In 20-30 days after the nonrooted seedlings were transferred to the MS medium with added IAA 1.0 mg/1. Rooted seedlings were transferred to the soil. The seedlings in vitro were trans-ferred to the mixed soil ( sawdust 1/3:soil 1/3 ?rubbish 1/3 ) The survival rate of the seedling was 80-100% at a temperature ranging from 15 to 24℃.
